It’s a proxy for $NVidia cloud that has exclusive relations to be the first in line for Blackwell stuff. Compute will be needed more and more and $CRWV is very strong in building AI infrastructure, it has a deal with OpenAI and promises $5B annually. 

Usually if you’re a leader in your industry plus you have $NVidia by your side you’ll get more clients who wants the top-notch AI service. I don’t think that big debt is a burden as long as it’s in high demand. BofA gives it $185, sounds like a plan 

I’m sure that Core is not the last deal, they will scale bc companies will need more and more AI agents, power and compute and they have best-in-class expertise. $MSFT is also using its service for its clients
