The Justice Department and FBI are actively reviewing FBI and DOJ records related to Jeffrey Epstein, specifically any documentation identifying his clients or associates, in response to Judicial Watch’s FOIA lawsuit filed in April 2025. 

A recent joint status report confirmed that searches are ongoing but no documents have been released yet.
