Biden-appointed ambassadors are still in power under the second Trump Administration, and they're actively undermining Trump's America First agenda.

Javier Manjarres @JavManjarres, Publisher of The Floridian @FloridianPress, just exposed US Ambassador to Liberia, Mark Toner, for pushing for Liberia to sign a CCP-linked railway infrastructure deal with companies tied to Chinese state-owned CCP enterprises.

This is foreign sabotage of President Trump’s America First agenda, and whether Marco Rubio has been notified about this or not, it’s happening under Marco Rubio’s @SecRubio's watch at the State Department.
