This morning’s analyst note conflating $OSCR to $CNC on pure speculation is silliness imo: 

– historically different underwriting metrics
– different demographics (age groups)
– different markets (Oscar isn’t in Medicare or Medicaid where Cengene primarily operates)
– Oscar, also, a much younger co when it comes to operative leverage, efficiency etc when comparing to its elders
