I've got a feeling that $CLOV will PR the partnership with Summitt Health prior to Q2 ER.  As for Humana, that might not get confirmed until ER, assuming they have an NDA.  I do wonder how the Materiality Standard fits in.  I believe, given the scope, they need to come public.
