A paraglider had to be rescued Tuesday night after hitting power lines and crashing into the Red River in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Grand Forks Fire Department was dispatched just before X P.M. to the area of Riverside Dam boat ramp.

Crews arrived to find the man in the river and he was not hurt.
