They just sent a proposal to the SEC to help shape US crypto Regulation.

Some key points;
→ Give legal clarity to decentralized protocols
→ Create a safe harbor for responsible builders
→ Don’t treat neutral frontends like broker-dealers

@injective, as one of the largest US Based crypto companies, now wants to make sure the U.S. leads the world in on-chain finance.

This could be a turning point for crypto regulation in America. 🇺🇸
