ClickHouse was originally developed inside Yandex.

In 2021, it was spun out as a separate U.S.-based company, and Yandex’s ownership was diluted down to XX% following external funding rounds.

Those XX% are what $NBIS owns today, after the restructuring that separated Yandex’s Russian and Western assets.
