Bidvest, a South African corporate giant, got caught with its pants down, defending a blatantly racist bursary program that bars white kids from applying. The scheme, tied to a company linked to ➡️Cyril Ramaphosa, only funds Black, Indian, and Coloured children of low-earning employees, leaving white kids out in the cold. 

Trade union Solidarity called it out as disgusting discrimination, with their chief slamming Bidvest for noble intentions wrapped in ugly racism. 

‼️Bidvest’s weak comeback? It’s just their BEE trust doing what it’s meant to; uplifting "historically disadvantaged" groups, as if white kids can’t be poor too. Solidarity’s now gearing up to drag Bidvest to court, hopefully to make them choke on their own policy.
