algo has detected a series of low relevancy content - but mindshare is credited until proven malicious 

it always takes enough datapoints to “slash” - similar to group farming - as it gathers reasonable degree of confidence and becomes an outlier behaviour 

there’s also a function of “report” that takes in community input - which have been very helpful to date
