If you're going to study something, put it into practice as soon as possible.

It's easy to binge information and delay putting it into practice.

You think you're learning, but you're not. It's just infotainment.

Without implementation, you're tricking yourself into believing you know more about something than you actually do. 

Get in the trenches and practice, practice, practice.
