JUST IN: Federal judge hits President Trump with a new NATIONWIDE BLOCK on his order to end birthright citizenship.

Here we go…..again.

Another activist judge just stepped in to stop Trump’s effort to end birthright citizenship on Day One.

U.S. District Judge Joseph Laplante issued a preliminary injunction indefinitely blocking the order from taking effect—for both born and unborn babies.

How long will this tug of war go on for? 

It's just setting up another showdown over presidential power.

This comes just weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court tried to rein in the power of lower federal judges to derail White House policies with sweeping nationwide injunctions.
