A time when businesses can treat customers like garbage – rude service, open and close whenever they feel like it regardless of posted hours of operation, make people wait for hours in waiting rooms, and blow off scheduled appointments without a second thought. And what do we do? We crawl back and keep giving them our money. That’s exactly why mediocrity thrives. We tolerate it. We’ve become a society so complacent, so spineless, that we keep rewarding incompetence and disrespect. People and businesses that should have failed long ago are thriving simply because we let them. That’s not how I operate. Never has been, never will be. But watching this circus unfold? It’s a brutal reminder of why standards keep falling – because we keep lowering them. IT'S TIME TO RAISE OUR STANDARDS. We live in amazing times. A time when businesses can treat customers like garbage – rude service, open and close whenever they feel like it regardless of posted hours of operation, make people wait for hours in waiting rooms, and blow off scheduled appointments without a second thought. And what do we do? We crawl back and keep giving them our money.
That’s exactly why mediocrity thrives. We tolerate it. We’ve become a society so complacent, so spineless, that we keep rewarding incompetence and disrespect. People and businesses that should have failed long ago are thriving simply because we let them.
