BREAKING: Federal Judge Joseph Laplante (Bush appointed) just blocked Trump’s Birthright Citizenship EO today. 

The judge is dodging the recent SCOTUS ruling against nationwide injunctions by pushing for a class-action lawsuit. 

This move could halt Trump’s order in its tracks.  Mark my words, this will be appealed and reach the Supreme Court. 

Trump’s right on this— the 14th Amendment is being twisted to flood our nation with anchor babies.
