One explanation = $RH is in desperate need of cash to meet their absurd guidance calling for FCF to inflect from -$214M last year to +$300M this year in one of the worst housing markets we've seen. 

Why not just take customer deposits on heavily discounted items thereby juicing operating cash flow while not owing an outflow until next year?
