heard of the $WTMA SPAC that’s rolling up a bunch of Korean REE processors & looking to replicate the operations in St. Louis for processing batteries, e-waste & set up a magnet plant? 
Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (EM&T) $EMAT is the new name.
