Speaking at The GenAI Summit 2025, Abhijit Khasnis, CTO of Healthify, spotlighted a rising challenge in digital interaction: AI blindness. ⁣

“Just like banner blindness, users now instinctively tune out AI-generated messages,” he explained. “When they see a coach message marked as AI-written, many simply dismiss it.” Khasnis stressed that AI, while powerful, often lacks the emotional depth users crave in health and wellness conversations. ⁣

To counter this, Healthify is working to bring more human nuance and empathy to AI outputs. “It’s no longer just about accuracy — it’s about making AI feel genuinely thoughtful,” he added.⁣
