Oracle pays Digital Realty $1.5M/MW.
For Stargate of XXXXXXX GB200, I think they pay $1B per year. So that's $0.83k/MW.
But OpenAi pays ORCL $10B/year.
So Oracle makes 10x the rev vs the lease costs.
I think the difference here is that Crusoe only provides powered shells, and Digital Realty is turn key.
Yes cloud would be better, but how do we get that much money for 2GW of GPU's.
IREN should be the one with the contract, and obviously they don't have it.
