Quite notable strategic and reasonable investment here for MediaTek on SerDes technology (224G + 448G).

"In terms of high-speed I/O technology, MediaTek has increased its R&D investment in high-bandwidth interfaces and announced the advancement of its SerDes technology to XXX Gbps, as well as its participation in the NVIDIA-led NVLink Fusion ecosystem." 

By developing its own SerDes technology and simultaneously adopting open standards, MediaTek is strengthening its capabilities in critical high-speed transmission technologies.

 At the same time, aligning with the NVLink Fusion standard enhances the adoption potential of its AI ASICs among mainstream cloud customers and lays the foundation for more advanced AI accelerator cards or module products in the future."
