$ABBV and Ichnos Glenmark Innovation (IGI) Announce Exclusive Global Licensing Agreement for ISB 2001, a First-in-Class CD38×BCMA×CD3 Trispecific Antibody.

IGI will receive an upfront payment of $700M + up to $1.25B in milestone payments.
