FG not Dike-si-Mba1 has secured $747m syndicated loan to finance phase 1, Section X of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway. 

2: Financial institutions are Deutsche Bank, Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Intercreditor Agent, African Export- Import, the ECOWAS and Zenith Bank.
