Jesus Christ. What an insane deal for $MP Materials. The stock is up XX% in pre-market. Energy Fuels $UUUU up X% as well.

$110/kg NDPR price floor on XX yr offtake-agreement. Is this what Western supply chain is worth?

Others perks, like funding included aswell. 

Remains to be seen if Energy Fuels can agree deals with similar type of price range and funding opportunities, but Western rare earths are certainly hot topic at the moment.
