A lot of people are still confused about what @MitosisOrg VLF (Vault Liquidity Framework) is, here’s my two cents on it...

They are core to how Mitosis manages liquidity and generates yield. They represent claims on both your deposited assets (the principal) and the yield those assets generate over time (the interest).

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐋𝐅 𝐕𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬
Each VLF Vault is:
𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧-𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜: Tied to a particular liquidity opportunity and a specific hub asset (like ETH, USDC, etc.)

𝐄𝐑𝐂-𝟐𝟎 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞: Works seamlessly across wallets and DeFi protocols

𝐄𝐑𝐂-𝟒𝟔𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭: Supports a standardized vault interface for deposits, withdrawals, and yield tracking

𝐘𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝-𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Assets in the vault are put to work via curated DeFi strategies

𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤-𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝: Vaults come with configurable deposit caps to prevent overexposure and ensure strategic efficiency
