Come on TOI you can do better research

1/It takes just few seconds to sign up for a Goldcard and by no means- it shows interest

2/Gold card  (unlike EB5 ) still does not have any congressional approval

3/Also $5mn is IMPOSSIBLE to move out to LRS limit 
(we have to move heaven and earth to even more $800K for a family of <4, forget moving $5mn)

4/Also why would any one do Goldcard for XX cr when effective cost of EB < XXX cr?
