The biggest thing to watch for in treasury cos is volume and at what level volume is premium to NAV. 

For example, $SBET the first X weeks of their ATM have been on average X% of share volume, each week this % has grown though from 2.35%>2.67%>4.33%>6.95%. They are getting more aggressive as the premium expands, as they should.

This week they have done 141M share volume through X days so on a conservative estimate will do 200M this week. If they are the avg 4%, they sell $120M in shares this week and aggressive at X% they sell $211M (assuming $XX avg sales price).

At current ETH prices of $2780 that is anywhere from 43K to 76K ETH they add this week which would increase NAV anywhere from XX% to 37%.
