$NAIL (3x lev) +10.65% today on 2x volume -- pushing into key pivot! 

ETFs: $XHB $ITB
Stocks: $DHI $LEN $NVR $TOL 

Also keep an eye on $Z, which got a +4% breakout of 3-month base today on volume. 

$RKT another one to watch - chart is not ready - but short interest is over 40%, and should benefit if rates come down/housing heats back up.
