The EU-Israel Association Agreement was signed when Israel's track record of human rights violations was already well known. Hence it has been a disgrace ab initio.
EU regulations do not supersede/override intl law obligations especially when intl crimes are apparent.
The only dignified move from the EU, while Israel is accused of multiple intl crimes, is to suspend the agreement in full.
If not, member states should consider unilateral measures in order not to be implicated in aiding and abetting the commission of intl crimes.
