Some JPS series have div rates dependent on LIBOR:
$FMCCN XX mo
$FNMAH $FNMAS $FMCKJ $FMCCG $FMCCI X mo

They can be amended w/o holder consent to replace LIBOR w/equivalent. But it'd have to be communicated to holders and would be a huge tell divs are set to resume in the future
