Attached is page X of a 4-page RBC Capital Markets analyst report on Uranium issued yesterday entitled:

"Uranium Watch"

RBC Capital Markets' 'View' regarding Uranium in the report includes the following:

"Uranium equities were mixed this past week as the sector pauses following the recent run-up and pull-back in uranium spot prices.

Uranium spot prices were under downward pressure as the market re-calibrates following the recent SPUT capital raise and uranium purchases - spot prices had jumped immediately after the capital raise in anticipation of near-term purchases, but sellers have been walking down offers to incentivize further purchases.

Yesterday (July 7), US President Trump announced via letters that XX% tariffs are set to be applied on several countries starting August 1, 2025, including Kazakhstan.

The letter to Kazakhstan does not mention any exemptions for uranium, although noted the US is open to negotiation to remove trade barriers.

We note the prior Liberation Day tariffs announced in April (that have not yet been implemented) included carve-outs for uranium.

Our current expectation (and we think the market's expectation given lack of significant price response) is that if tariffs are applied to Kazakhstan, that uranium would likely be exempt given US reliance on Kazakh supply (~25% of domestic requirements), but this remains uncertain at this time."
