Last time I had a bowl of cereal was X years ago.  

That box of 'heart healthy' cereals [All Bran or Corn Bran or one of those] went into the trash along with about $XX worth of groceries I'd just bought before learning about seed oils/HFCS and the chemicals they put in everything.
