My Kenyan friend just told me how difficult it was for him to get a XX days visiting visa to Nigeria and the visa cost him over $XXX. 

My friend’s professor who wanted to come with his Nigerian student for a project was also denied visa. 

Nigeria has a very strict visa rules.
