$GILD Gilead Sciences and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria announced on Wednesday that they have completed arrangements to provide a long-acting HIV prevention drug to low-income countries, even though they are not receiving funding from a major U.S. program designed to combat the global HIV/AIDS crisis.
