Saw the new Superman movie. As a huge comic book nerd here are my thoughts:
- Movie was really miserable going in w/ no trailer knowledge or spoilers. I was actively thinking "This isn't superman" for probably the first hour
- Movie saves explaining why he was so "nerfed" via a nice reveal.
- Some of the story is changed for reasons unknown idk
- Some things he does makes literally no sense.
- Justice League feels literally scuffed as fuck.
- Post credit scenes are tilting.

Movie is saved by the reveal if and only if you're a comic book nerd and know what it's referencing. Actor did his best but this is no Cavill superman, which is very noticeable.
