Agreed. The approach would still remain and the theory is that the preferreds will see lower downside volatility (that's likely) while the $MSTR common will have enough sentiment | capital to continue ATM activity. Plus in theory $STRD can be used to "defend" mNAV etc. I have my own thoughts on all of this, but that is the framework.
