$PWDY with a sexy buying opportunity on this dip. This is a textbook dynamic you will often see OTC breakout plays go through. First they set up for a real glaring breakout setup, then slightly trigger or test a trigger, then the MMs drop the price and try to convince the market that the setup died and get people to move on. The dip gets bought up, then the price retraces back up towards the trigger level, THEN the second trigger is the one that sends it. Many of the biggest OTC runners start off exactly like this, with a failed breakdown occurring just before it really triggers. #OTCSET
