Continuing coverage on $BRK. Full transparency I had a sizeable position and as luck would have it, I had preplanned a sale before the last AGM which I didn’t know would be Buffet announcing his retirement as CEO and was also ATHs.

I always plan on reinvesting again, particularly when it is closer to ~1.4 book value.

I’m also a bit concerned about insurance. This is hard to predict but any global catastrophe spanning multiple countries might end up being a bad day for Berkshire. I know, from what Buffett, himself has said they are prepared, Ajit is prepared and they will be the insurer of last resort. But I do think it’ll freak some shareholders out while the dust settles. That might be a good entry point.
