Did Linea know about the market crash this spring?

At first, they planned to do $LINEA TGE in the spring, but then they postponed it. 
Now they’re carefully preparing for a much better launch.

What would’ve happened if they launched as planned?

Most likely, there would have been massive sell pressure because the market was in panic mode:
- Trump’s tariffs, 
- global tensions, 
- rockets, etc.

Like most altcoins, token could have easily dropped -XX% in just a few weeks, leaving everyone stuck in a lose-lose position.

But instead, they kept building.
Now everything is connected: 
Consensys – MetaMask – Linea.

@ethereumJoseph has said many times that team is fully focused on making the Linea TGE a success.

Maybe something new is coming, something the market isn’t even expecting yet, new utilities for the token, less sell pressure, and possibly real reasons for people to hold $Linea in their long term portfolios.
