This collaborated with the serial number of the IAF Jaguar found on a piece of wreckage at the crash site: JS159 (confirmed to be a single seater Jaguar). BUT then the IAF Press Release that came later says that the aircraft was a trainer, two-seat variant and thus they claim that two IAF pilots were killed. Additionally, the names of pilots that have been released by Indian OSINT account are from a squadron that is based out of Ambala AFS (the same base which operates IAF's Rafales), and the squadron itself they have mentioned (No. X Sqn) operates only the Jaguar IS (which is a single seater aircraft). Very confusing. XXXXXX engagements **Related Topics** [$7846t](/topic/$7846t) [jaguar](/topic/jaguar) [Post Link](https://x.com/OSPSF/status/1942917381669421420)
