The outstanding demand for Income Tax is ₹42 lakh crore as of Oct 2024, up from ₹10 lakh crore in 2020! 

The IT Department's target for recovery is ₹27 lakh crore, which is almost equal to one year's budget for Income Tax Collection

If all litigation settled this year should be target! And all Taxpayers should be give Zero Tax for next FY!
