X. President Ruto has signed the Division of Revenue Bill 2025 into law, allocating KES 2.332T to the national government, KES 415B to counties (21.6% of FY'22 audited revenue), and KES 9.6B to the Equalisation Fund.

This follows mediation after Parliament disagreed on the initial county share.
