To fight China's deflation, its top brass has pledged to prohibit aggressive price cutting.

This is exactly the wrong message to fight deflation.

China's money supply (M2) is growing at an ANEMIC ~7.9%/yr, BELOW Hanke's Golden Growth Rate of ~10%/yr, a rate consistent with hitting China's 2%/yr inflation target.
