She also oversaw the intravenous administering of reportedly XX ml of a X% hydrogen peroxide solution, even though she was not licensed to practice medicine in the state. The autopsy concluded that the cause of death was "hemolytic anemia" (basically destruction of red blood cells) "with multiorgan damage... due to toxicities of inhaled hydrogen peroxide combined with intravenous hydrogen peroxide and intravenous ozone gas administration." The autopsy then concluded the manner of death was "Homicide" and that other people involved in the medical care failed to report the death to the medical examiner or police.
