The first X Kinzhals, which I assume are the ones you are referring to with Ozerne, were recorded over Lutsk. Any explosions heard in Zhytomyr Oblast were probably from a Mach Cone. Usually that occurs over Kyiv, but as the launch lines were further west this time, it would probably occur further west too. The X Tu-160 is conducting training in Saratov Oblast, as it always does.
