Looks like UBS is speculating that MediaTek is engaging with META on MTIA4. 

This was one of the reasons I dont really think Broadcom has unbreakable MOAT in custom ASICs.

Similar story to Google's TPUs. 

No one wants to pay too much for Nvidia GPUs, but it's also expensive not to.
