@Fllw_the_light @mikealfred Feel like a material offer, let’s say XX% over current ask so about ~10b EV in cash would warrant consideration from the Board as it would net an additional $730m for shareholders net of termination fee and probably slightly higher if it’s cash / stock or stock only
