The CIA ran all Middle East covert arms deals in the 1980s through Adnan Khashoggi. Covert arms deals need covert financing. In 1983, as CIA ran Iran-Contra, Adnan Khashoggi paid Jeffrey Epstein to be his financial fixer. It'd be malpractice if the CIA *wasn't* tracking Epstein.
