👀🙏🏼Check out this first hand experience of how quickly the flood waters were rising in Kerrville, Texas.  Also notice 
all of the people in tents that were still on the bank of the 
river as it was rising at an exponential rate.  The couple were forced to evacuate and they did just in time but what about all the others you see in this video just standing around.  Please keep praying.  The numbers are continuing to rise.🙏🏼👀
