One of the protocols utilizing the @SuccinctLabs SP1 is  @MyntUSD.... 

Mynt is building a ZK-native stablecoin called $USDm. 

Mynt uses SP1 to generate proofs of USDm balances which allows users to interact with DeFi protocols without transferring tokens.
In my opinion, this implementation of SP1 helps in enhancing privacy in DEFI..

Mynt testnet went live few weeks ago but there were some issues with verifying generated proofs on the testnet. 

At the moment, Minting $USDm does not work but If you have minted $USDm in my previous guide here: you can proceed with proof generation. 

Proof verification  is not working at the moment as well.
 My strategy now is to is collect a lot of proofs- We can only collect a maximum of X proofs per week then verify them once verification is back up.
