Totally feel you...insider selling plus the stock trading well below your intrinsic view makes it painful. 

But here’s the flip side: 
RSI is ~25 (deep oversold), we’ve seen +0.9% earnings estimate revisions, and $CPRX carries a solid Zacks Buy rank. 

A tech bounce could come soon, but the insider dump in early June adds real pressure. 

For me, it’s a setup worth watching...maybe consider a smaller entry or look for signs of broader volume-based reversal...
