BREAKING: A source just sent me this video showing devout Marxist @Rep_Stansbury using her phone to record on the floor of the House.

A rule was introduced in 2017 that empowers the Sergeant-at-Arms to impose fines on Members for unauthorized recording or broadcasting of House floor activities. The punishment for the first offense is $XXX.

She should have to pay the fine and issue a public apology for blatantly flouting the rules!
